Is this affiliate link checker really free?
Yes. Paste a URL, get a report. No signup, no credit card. A free account adds scheduled monitoring and email alerts; paid plans increase capacity, and Growth and above add Slack.
What does it actually check?
The free scan checks up to 10 affiliate links found on one page. It follows their redirects and evaluates the final destination for transport errors, supported soft-404s, unavailable products, ended-offer wording, and known fallback pages.
Which networks are supported?
Amazon Associates, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Skimlinks, Pepperjam, Refersion, FlexOffers, Sovrn Commerce, plus generic redirects for niche networks.
Why do healthy-looking links sometimes earn nothing?
A 200 OK response only proves the URL loads. It does not prove the merchant program is live, that your tracking ID survived, or that the landing page is the one you intended. PRG can test the destination and supported page-level failure signals, but it cannot confirm attribution or a normally loading program's status.
Can I check links behind a login or paywall?
No. The free scanner only sees what an unauthenticated visitor sees. Protected pages are not supported.
