Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 75 monitored links, monitoring every 30 days (every 7 days for issues), and 1 Link Discovery scan per month (up to 25 pages). No credit card required.
How accurate is your link checking?
95% accuracy based on founder testing data. We follow each link to its final destination and check whether it still sells — not just whether the server returns 200. That picks up out-of-stock products, expired offers and dead landing pages that a generic broken-link checker misses.
How is annual billing discounted?
Annual plans are 5% off the monthly price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your billing portal. Prorated charges are handled automatically.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free signup, no card. You only enter payment details when upgrading to a paid plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can be invoiced.
Do you offer refunds?
You can get a full refund within 14 days of starting a paid plan, as long as you haven't run a scan in that billing period. Once you run a scan, that period is used and isn't refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
