Subprocessors

Partner Revenue Guard uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver, support, and improve the platform. Each provider processes data only for the purposes described below and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Stripe

Service: Payment processing & billing

Purpose: Processes subscription payments, manages billing, collects payment method and billing address information.

Region: United States (global infrastructure)

Supabase (via Lovable Cloud)

Service: Cloud hosting, database & authentication

Purpose: Hosts the application, stores account data, manages user authentication, and provides backend infrastructure.

Firecrawl

Service: Web monitoring & crawling

Purpose: Monitors affiliate URLs, captures page snapshots, and detects link issues for asset monitoring functionality.

Region: United States

Resend

Service: Transactional email delivery

Purpose: Delivers account, alert, billing, and lifecycle emails (e.g. password reset, scan results, monitoring alerts).

Region: United States

PostHog

Service: Product analytics

Purpose: Collects anonymised product usage and funnel events to improve the platform. Only loaded after analytics-cookie consent.

Region: United States

Lovable AI Gateway

Service: AI inference (Google Gemini)

Purpose: Generates plain-English link insights, scan summaries, network classification, and remediation guidance. Inputs are URL metadata only — no account credentials.

Region: United States / EU

Cloudflare Turnstile

Service: Bot verification

Purpose: Protects public forms (free scan, demo request, contact) from automated abuse. Privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA.

Region: Global (Cloudflare edge)

Slack (optional integration)

Service: Team notifications

Purpose: Delivers alert notifications to connected Slack workspaces when configured by the user.

Region: United States

Google (OAuth)

Service: Authentication

Purpose: Provides Google sign-in authentication for account access when selected by the user.

Region: United States (global infrastructure)

International transfers

PARTNER REVENUE GUARD PTY LTD (ACN 696 215 693, ABN 45 696 215 693), trading as Partner Revenue Guard, is operated from Australia. Some subprocessors may store or process data in countries outside Australia, including the United States. Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

Partner Revenue Guard has not yet appointed an EU or UK representative. If you are located in the EU or UK and have questions about how your data is handled, please submit a privacy request.
